Larry Gene Wagner, 70, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away August 2, 2019 surrounded by family and friends. Larry was born June 30, 1949 to Meredith and Bessie (Stanfield) Wagner.

Larry is survived by his wife, Deborah Wagner; daughters, Renee (Charles) Maxey and Cindy Wagner; son, Brad (Melanie) Wagner; granddaughters, Chelsea Wagner, Chloe Maxey, Marissa Maxey, Emma Wagner and Kara Wagner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Bryan Wagner.

Larry loved to go hunting, fishing, playing golf, going to Colts and Pacer games. He absolutely loved spending time with his family and friends. He was an extremely proud U. S. Army veteran, in which he served two years in Vietnam.

Visitation will be held August 9, 2019 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that any of those wanting to donate please do so to Warrior's Hope - 430 North Madison Avenue, Suite 2, Greenwood, IN 46142. Warrior's Hope is a faith based outreach program that offers support to military veterans. www.warriorshope.com
