Novella Jones, 82, of Lone Oak died at 4:40 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2006, at Metropolis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Metropolis, Ill.
A retired hair dresser, Mrs. Jones was a homemaker and a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Janet Wagner and Angie Jones, both of Lone Oak; two sisters; two grandsons of Lone Oak; three great-grandchildren, all of Lone Oak; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge Jones, and one daughter. Her parents were Elijah Albert and Gertrude Allen Albert.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2006, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Louis Brinker officiating.
