Minnie Lee Moore Phelps Garrett, daughter of Johnathan Pinkney Moore and Evie J Hendon, wife of Eddie Phelps (1st) and Andrew Mason Garrett. She was 92 when she passed, but claimed she was only 23, since she was born on leap year. Minnie was much loved and very missed.
