Mr. Gore, 79, of Pollock, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 5, 2019, in his residence with his loving family by his side.
He retired as a conductor from Union Pacific Railroad, after twenty-five years of service. His days were spent on his farm with his love of raising animals- cows, goats, chickens, donkeys- and always with a grandchild or two, following close behind him. He loved to fish, hunt and camp and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Leola Gore; two sons, Travis Gore and James Edward Gore, Jr.; one grandson, Kade Gore; son-in-law, Cleveland Cannon; three brothers, Louis Gore, Bill Gore and Ronnie Gore and two sisters, Bobbie Dominguez and Jeanette Gore.
Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of sixty years, Barbara Gore, of Pollock; three sons, Eddie Gore, of Pollock, Donnie Gore and his wife, Brandi, of Prospect and Harley Gore, of Pollock; three daughters, Debbie Cannon, of Pollock, Becky Lasyone and her husband, Kevin, of Prospect and Beth Clark and her husband, Junior, of Pollock; eighteen grandchildren, Kelee Page, James Dale Gore, Jessica Booker, Chad Cannon, Kyle Zeigler, Keith Gore, Travis Clark, Gaylan Thompson, Megan Humphries, Kaleb Lasyone, Jeromy Sketoe, Taylor Voiselle, Kaiti Denmon, Chase Cannon, Kaleen Clark, Kyanne Walker, Brianne Walker and Brittany Gore and twenty-three great grandchildren.
