Donald L. Dietz, 72 years of age of Annandale, Virginia died Thursday, January 8, 2015 in the Sunrise Assisted Living Center at Springfield, Virginia. He was the son of the Late William Henry and Hallie Marsh Dietz and was born at Summersville September 3, 1942. Donald was an accountant for the Internal Revenue Service, a sponsor of the Annandale Boys and Girls Club and a Baptist by faith. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the American Legion. He was also preceded in death by his brother William Marsh Dietz and sister Jo Ann Kalmar. Surviving - Two sons: Bradley Dietz and wife Elizabeth of Springfield, Virginia; Matthew Dietz of Annandale, Virginia. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Dana Gatewood officiating. Burial will follow in the Walker Memorial Park at Summersville.
