Funeral service for Mr. Brandon Cotton will be at 10 am on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Central Cemetery in Robeline, LA. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 8 pm on Monday, August 5, 2019, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.

Brandon was born on August 31, 1921, to Joab and Elizabeth Cordova Cotton in Robeline, LA and passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019, at the age of 97. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in World War II for four years. He was very proud of his patriotic service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joab and Elizabeth Cotton; wife of 72 years, Geraldine Cotton; siblings, twin sisters, Jean and Jane Cotton, Arthur Cotton, Bessie Hayes, Joab Cotton, Jr., James Cotton, Theodore Cotton, Elizabeth Leach, and Pete Cotton.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda McArthur and husband Jim; granddaughters, Kristi Malone and husband Bubba, and Tricia Champagne and husband Cody; great-grandchildren, Carly, Kelsi, Chloe, Vance and Kayce; siblings, Curtis Cotton, Jack Cotton and wife Marjo, Ray Cotton and wife Dorothy, Bo Cotton, and Dolly Miller; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Randy Larkin, Scott Moon, Cody Champagne, Vance Montgomery, Gary Miller, Pat Miller, Bart Cotton, and Jackie Cotton. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Miller, Bubba Malone, and Tommy Floyd.
