June E. Young, 92 of the Thornwald Home, Carlisle and formerly of Dillsburg, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at the home with loving family at her side. Born in Lemoyne, PA on December 10, 1926, June was the daughter of the late Harry R. and Rosa S. (Sierer) Eppley. June was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Harry C. Young and two sisters, Doris Conrad, Anna Mary Bechtel and granddaughter Jeannette Young Griffith. June is survived by her six children Glen (Linda), Barbara Trump (Carlos), Thomas (Nancy), James, Harry Jr. and Jeffrey (Patty), 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren 6 great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
June was a homemaker who enjoyed knitting, puzzles, listening to various types of music, travel both domestic and abroad and with her late husband Harry was a 23 year season ticket holder with the Hershey Bears Hockey Club. Her happiest times were spent with her family whom she dearly loved. June was lovingly called "NAN" by all.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August, 6, 2019 at Musselman Funeral Home, 324 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, PA. Viewing will be held 1 hour prior to services. Interment will follow a Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill, PA.
