James Estil Dial, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at the Maples Nursing Home in Bluefield, WV. Born April 13, 1951, in Welch, WV, he was the son of the late James Lester Dial and June Baker Dial. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Faye Brewster Dial; and one daughter, Amanda Weikle. Survivors include three sons, Robert Dial and wife Erin of Frankfort, KY, Billy Joe Dial, and James E. Dial, Jr. and wife Anna-Marie, all of NC; one daughter, Melissa Midkiff and husband John of Staffordsville, VA; one brother, Wayne Dial of Tazewell, VA; one sister, Karen Ollinger of Tazewell, VA; eleven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
