Harold “Scott” Strickland, age 58, passed away July 27, 2019 at his home from complications of Addison’s Disease. Scott was born August 27, 1960 in Memphis, TN.

He was a Senior Technical Recruiter for ProTech Systems Group, Inc. Scott was an avid Golfer, fiercely competitive scrabble player, generous brother and brother-in-law and a devoted uncle.

Preceded in death by his parents Harold and Martha Strickland of Germantown, TN.

He is survived by brother and best friend Tim, sister-in-law Rita, his “Favorite girl” and niece Maddie, cousins (who were more than just family) Beth Cox, Ronnie Wade, Mike Walker and Brent Walker, Tommy Haughney, of South Carolina, Selena Watkins, of Lufkin, TX., Aunts, Mary Jewel Wade, of Corinth, MS, Nell Wade, of Germantown, TN., and a good friend Charley Long.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 1 at 10 a.m.

All services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN
