Judy Ballard, of Newport, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Newport and was preceded in death by her husband, Kyle Ballard.
Judy is survived by her children, Teresa (Chris) Perry of Pigeon Forge and John Ballard (Susan Johnson) of White Bluff; her granddaughter and pride and joy, Dylan Thomas of Nashville; sisters, Susie Manley, Elizabeth Schaaf, Patricia Hill, Mary Jarvis, Helen Stein, and brothers, John and David Boggs, all of Ohio. She is also survived by her cousin, Viola Seay, as well as her sisters of the heart, Dana Kerley, Rita Marshall, and Margaret Schultz.
By Judy's request, she will be cremated and there will be no services.
