Benjamin "Benji" Craig Wilson, 30, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019 after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born June 12, 1989 to Terri Dixon Tillman and Dennis Wilson and lived here all of his life. Benji was a 2007 graduate of Tattnall County High School, received a Bachelor's Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautics and was currently pursuing his Master's Degree. He was previously employed with Wilson Brother's Inc, John Deere and KBR Contracting in Iraq. Benji was an Aircraft Coordinator with Gulfstream for the past 8 ½ years and was avid in martial arts at NAGA. He loved the outdoors, the Florida Gators, the Atlanta Braves and being at the river. Benji was also an ordained minister and was a loving husband and father who adored his three boys. He was a member of Watermelon Creek Baptist Church and is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Alan Dixon, Emmitt Wilson and Frank Pelletier.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 pm, Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Watermelon Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Martin Bender and Rev. Michael Sapp officiating. Burial will follow at Glennville Memorial Gardens.
