Seagrove - Amy Louise Shields Moore, age 55, passed away Friday, August 2, 2019, at her home.

Mrs. Moore was born in Moore County on May 22, 1964 to Robert Frank and Kate Glenn Shields. She was employed at Walmart in Biscoe for 19 years. She loved her grandchildren, being outdoors, and her dog, Max.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Frank Shields.

She is survived by her husband, Allan Franklin Moore, of the home; daughters, April Grant and husband, Chris, of Robbins and Melissa Clendenin and husband, Caleb, of Highfalls; mother, Kate Glenn Shields, of Robbins; sister, Frankie Shields Mabe and husband, Jacky, of Seagrove; brother, Ritchie Shields of Robbins; five grandchildren, Branson and Calissa Clendenin, Ashlee, Nathaniel, and Nickolas Dyer.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 4, at Phillips Funeral Home and other times at the home of April and Chris Grant, 1952 Howards Mill Road, Robbins.

The funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 5, at Acorn Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. John Williamson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
