Shirley Ann Lowe, age 81, of Caldwell, OH formerly of Red Ash, VA passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at her home in Ohio. She was born August 2, 1937 in Tazewell County, VA. Shirley loved yard sales and casinos. She loved all her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Tillie Ball; her husband, James Henry Lowe; and several sisters.
Shirley is survived by three children, Roy Lowe, Wayne Lowe, and Debra Redden and husband Robert all from OH; one brother, Bill Ball and wife Phyllis of Greensboro, NC; one sister, Hazel Shelton of Raven, VA; eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; K-9 Companion, Baby Ann.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2019 at Singleton Funeral Service in Cedar Bluff, VA.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 3 at the Singleton Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Clarence Lowe and Bro. Monte Elswick officiating. Burial will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens Cemetery at Claypool Hill, VA. Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
