Dorothy Marie, the four-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Emery, died at the home of the parents in East Brookville last Thursday morning, May 24th, 1917, of whooping cough, followed by pneumonia, after an illness of three weeks. The funeral was Saturday, after services conducted at the home by Rev. J. Edward Lowe, Jr., Lutheran pastor. Interment was in the Brookville cemetery.
