Frederick W Teagle of 3234 6th Ave, who retired several years ago as a salesman for a now closed medical supply house, died Sunday at Leonard Hospital following a short illness.
Widower of the former Grace VanDenmark {sic} and son of the late Frederick and Caroline Horstmeyer Teagle, Mr Teagle was born in Niskayuna and resided many years in Schenectady. He moved to Troy five years ago. He was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Troy.
Surviving are a son, Robert H Teagle of Teheran, Iran; a brother, Edward Teagle of Saratoga and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 9:30 am Wednesday from the Joseph A O'Bryan Funeral Home, 3243 6th Ave, and at 10 am from Our Saviors Lutheran Church, where lilurgy of the Word Service will be celebrated by Rev Robert R Mursch, pastor, officiating.
Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
