Randy Barringer, 67 of Myrtle Beach loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at his home.
Born on September 24, 1951, he was a son of the late Harold and Harriet Barringer.
Mr. Barringer was a 1969 graduate of A.L. Brown High School in Kannapolis, NC and attended East Carolina University.
He married the former Jan Arthurs on January 29, 1972 in Kannapolis, NC.
They moved to Myrtle Beach in 1984 and he started working at Carolina Tire and then left there and went to work at Mason Tire where he was the assistant manager for 29 years.
He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed trips to Disney every year with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Jan Barringer; a son, Chris Barringer; daughter, Kelley Johnson and her husband Shane; grandchildren, Brycen, Kinsley, and Ashlyn; a sister, Lynn Overcash and her husband Nathan; a niece, Carla Clack, and nephew, Kevin Overcash.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
