GREENSBORO Gloria Baldwin was born May 18, 1941, in Mount Gilead, North Carolina to the late Charlie and Ella Nora Baldwin. Gloria moved to Guilford County as a child, where she graduated from Dudley High School in 1960.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Ella Baldwin, and four siblings; Augusta Priscilla Newton, Joseph Charles Baldwin, Dallas Dwight Baldwin, and Etta Delores Gregory. Gloria is survived by three wonderful children; Jerome Jackson, Freddy Jackson, and Michelle Baldwin; three beautiful grandchildren, Amber Baldwin, Asya Baldwin, and Briquel Jackson, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Gloria was a faithful member of Sharpe Road Church of Christ. The homegoing celebration will be held at Sharpe Road Church of Christ Friday, January 11 at 12 p.m. Family hour will be Friday, January 11 at 11:30 a.m.
