Robert Beagely was a son of Randall Beagely, born in 1556 in Ollerton, Cheshire. He married a woman named Jane about 1573, location unknown. Robert moved to Knutsford, Cheshire, and died there in 1582, leaving sons Randall and John, who had also located to Knutsford. Ollerton and Knutsford are within two miles of each other. St John the Baptist Church in Ollerton is possibly old enough for Robert to have been buried in its churchyard. I have been unable to locate any other church near Knutsford that is old enough for Robert to be buried in the churchyard.
