Mr. Blake died Friday, June 22, 2007. He was born December 18, 1964 in Eldorado, Arkansas and was a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Blake, Sr.
He is survived by wife Patsy A. Blake; daughter, Brittan N. Allen; son, Earl A. Blake, Jr., granddaughter, Jayla S. Allen; mother, Earnestine Blake; brothers, Robert L. Blake II, Vincent Blake, Charles Blake; sister, Vera Blake; host of nieces, nephews and friends.
