Michael Jack Bush, passed away on Tuesday July 23, 2019 at the age of 68 at his home in Haughton, Louisiana. He was born April 8, 1951 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Cecil Bush and Opal Higgins Bush.
Mike was a liquor distributor holding the position of division manager for Republic National Distributing Company. He attended wine schools in Napa Valley and Germany and received numerous awards throughout his career.
His various hobbies included fishing, work, traveling, and having dinners with friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Michael Shane Bush and wife Dawn; grandchildren, Chelsey A. Lewis, Nicholas Rice, and Stephen Bush; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation for Mike will be held Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 2:00 PM with an interment to follow the services in Centuries Memorial Park.
