Mrs. Lola Lancaster Wallace of Mayfield, passed away at 2:04 P.M. Sunday at the home of her son in Woodstock, GA. She was a member of First Baptist Church and a retired book keeper for the former Sears Store. She is survived by three sons: Byron \"Jerry\" (Betty) Wallace, Avon Park, Fl., James \"Jim\" (Chyron) Wallace, Ripley, MS., John P. (Pat) Wallace, Woodstock, GA., two daughters: Pamela (Mike) Stroble, Dayton, OH. and Alicia Brown, Jackson, TN. one sister: Glenda Fowler, Mayfield. five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: Byron G. Wallace, parents: W. H. and Bertha Mae Crawford Lancaster. two brothers: Earl Lancaster and Dub Lancaster, three sisters: Anna Mae Sweatt, Aline McNeely and Lurlye Moore. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the First Baptist Chruch with Rev. Wes Folwer officiating. Burial will follow in the Maplewood Cemetery. Friends may call from 9-11 A.M. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Mayfield. The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.
