Bjorkman, Marsha Ann Card was born on July 6, 1935 in Halliday. She graduated from Moorhead High School in 1953 and Hamline College in 1956, where she received a Business Degree. She was united in marriage to Richard Bjorkman in 1955. Marsha worked for Farmers' Union in St. Paul until the birth of her children, Kelly and Tom. She joined her husband at Bjorkman's Clothing in Thief River Falls in the 1980s. Marsha enjoyed spending time at the family lake cabin at Otter Tail Lake, traveling, playing bridge, reading and spending time enjoying her grand children. Marsha is survived by her children: Kelly (Allen) Barkve of Shoreview, MN, and Tom (Lynn) Bjorkman of Eden Prairie, MN; five grandchildren: Marit and Nik Barkve and Jenna, Anders and Kai Bjorkman; sister- in-law Carol (Darrell) Linthacum of San Jose, CA; niece and nephew, Ann and Jon of San Jose; and many friends. Her husband and parents preceded her in death. Marsha died on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Roseville, MN. She was 78 years of age. A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, August 12, 3:00 at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 1660 West County Road B, Roseville, Minnesota.
