Until his illness, Reggie had worked as a Security Guard for Wal-Mart, Lancaster.
Born November 17, 1957, in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William Emmanuel Reed and the late Edith C. (Ragsdale) Reed and was of the Baptist faith. Reggie was a proud Veteran of the U. S. Air Force.
Reggie will be lovingly missed by his companion, Ann; four step-children; Lisa DeJesus, Michelle Emerich, Scott Emerich and Amy Emerich; seven step-grandchildren; three siblings; Eric S. Reed, married to Lori, of Pittsburgh, Karl S. Reed, of NYC, and Carriann Audrey Reed, of Wilkes-Barre and a host of extended family and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, William E. Reed, Jr. (2014).
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Committal Service in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA 17003 on Thursday afternoon, July 25, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. prompt. NOTE: All family and friends should meet at the Cemetery Administration Building by 2:00 p.m.The casket will be closed. Kindly omit flowers. Memorial Remembrances can be made in Reggie's memory to a charity of one's choice.
