Deborah L. Ross, 68, of Moundsville, died Sunday, July 21, 2019 in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born July 9, 1951 In Clarksburg, WV; the daughter of the late Andrew and Idella Helmick Strong.
She was a retired mental health therapist with Northwood and a member of the Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Strong.
Survivors include three children, Tinya Snodgrass, Robert Snodgrass and Zack Smith; a brother, Daryl Griffin; five grandchildren and three nieces, Melissa Strong Morris, Michelle Strong Markey and Trish Strong Riggle.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
