Resident of Acworth, GA. Daughter of Georgia Mae Formby and George Milton Formby. She lived in Rome for many years where she worked on the family farm. She worshipped at Hollywood Baptist Church and during this time she married W.T. Nelson Jr. “Bill” in 1946. They had 3 children: Billie Ann, Chip, and Robert. In 1973, she married Lewis Massey (d. June 23, 2017). She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; brothers A.M. "Bill" Liley and Howard C. Moore. She is survived by her children: Billie Ann and husband Larry Mimbs; Willie T. "Chip" and wife Gayle Nelson; Robert Milton "Bobby" and wife Betty Nelson; and Larry and wife Angela Massey; grandchildren: Deanna Renz, Kristie Saylor, Lea Ann Mimbs, Holly Massey, Brenda Shook, Thomas Nelson, Joshua Nelson and Hunter Massey; ten great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren as well as many of the Masseys in Collinsville, AL.
