Don is survived by his wife, Doris Craddock Cross, his 3 sons and their wives, G, D, B, step daughters, D and C, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He lived a peaceful and joyful life that was centered around his immediate and extended family. Don loved to fish and shoot guns with his 3 sons and enjoyed photographing family events.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Norfolk Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1099 Kempsville Road, Norfolk. The interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday at Oman Funeral Home & Crematory, Chesapeake.
