Frances Cash Spencer, 83, of Bedford died, on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. Frances was born on March 16, 1934, in Crewe, Va., a daughter of the late Oscar Littleton Cash and Lottie Stortz Cash. She was retired from Delta Star, Inc. after 31 years service and was a member of Fort Hill United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son, Michael B. Spencer and his wife, Cynthia of Forest; a grandson, Christopher M. Spencer and his wife, Susan of Lynchburg; one great-granddaughter and six nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, William L. Cash; and one sister, Maxine C. Field.
