From high school classmate, "Captain Kerry F. Moore, distinguished himself by meritorious service as Flight Surgeon, 561st Tactical Fighter Squadron, 37th Tactical Fighter Wing, George Air Force Base, California, from 15 September 1982 to 30 June 1985. During this period, Captain Moore’s outstanding expertise and professional competence contributed significantly to the health and morale of squadron aircrews and families. His tireless efforts of providing quality medical attention in numerous deployments and actual life-threatening emergencies not only earned him the respect of his own squadron, but also of the personnel of the entire 831st Air Division. The distinctive accomplishments of Captain Moore while serving his country reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
