Seek and ye shall find as my father always said. Turns out Peggy V. is actually aka Sophie Ubanowicz. While researching son Louis Donald's records I came across the newspaper obituary for husband Louis and she is named as Peggy V. Urbanowicz who was married to Louis for 47 years at the time of her passing which works out with the Louis/Sofie marriage record from WV.
I love it when these things happen. Also update husband Louis' memorial biography to reflect that Sophie and Peggy are one in the same.
