Cindy Gayle Cook, age 59, of Searcy, died Thursday, July 25, 2019, at UAMS in Little Rock. She was born on June 12, 1960, in Springdale to Fred Ray and Dorothy Cosette Lott Smith.
She attended Searcy Assembly of God, loved arts and crafts especially crocheting and beading and loved being with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Cook of Searcy; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Connie and Tony Brown of Dardanelle, and Leslie and James Wyre of Pottsville; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Becky and David Maples of Heber Springs; father-in-law, Paul Cook of Heber Springs; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at the Shinn Chapel with Pastor John Wyre and Pastor Chad Duvall officiating and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
The family will receive friends in the chapel following the memorial service.
