Obituary for Aaron Burton Mayberry
Funeral services for Aaron B. Mayberry, age 82 , of the Dodson Branch Community in Jackson County will be held Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 3:00pm in the chapel of Presley Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Haney, Bro. Don Miller and Dewey Mabery officiating.

Interment will follow in Dodson Branch Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday 4pm to 7pm and Sunday 1pm until service time at Presley Funeral Home.

Mr. Mayberry passed away Friday, July 26, 2019 at his residence.

He was born May 6, 1937 to the late Raymond A and Ruby E Mayberry. Aaron married the love of his life Ronella on July 29, 1955. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior in 1956. He sang tenor in the Glory Aires quartet while living in Michigan in the 1960's. Aaron is a member, deacon and former song leader at Cummins Mill Baptist Church.

He worked at Fleetguard - Cummins Filtration for twenty seven years before retiring in 2000.

When in good health he enjoyed going to People's Stockyard every Tuesday.

Aaron deeply loved his family and friends. His desire would be for you to accept God's only begotten Son, Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and to meet him in Heaven when this life is over.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Mayberry; sister, Margaret Scott; brothers in law, James Stewart, James Kinnaird and James Allen; nephews, Mark Allen and Kevin Mayberry.

Aaron is survived by his wife, Ronella Ramsey Mayberry; daughters, Deborah Mayberry and Patty Mayberry Ledbetter and son in law, Leon Ledbetter; grand dogs, Marley, Burton, Nella and Adam; brothers, Charles (Delma) Mayberry, Roscoe Mayberry, Ray (Linda) Mayberry, Michael (Lisa) Mayberry and Dennis (Sharlene) Mayberry; sisters, Clema (GT) Scanlon, Sandra Stewart, Juanita (Nathan) Judd, Shirley Kinnaird and Kathy (Roger) Payne; brother in law, Mitchell Scott; sisters in law, Zella Allen and Faye Ramsey; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Pallbearers will be , Kaleb Allen, Jordan Allen, Yancie Layne, Rowland Spellman, Greg Smith and Scott Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Marty Ramsey, Steven (Townboy)
