Gary Edward Grace was born May 6, 1940 in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington, the last of three children born to the union of Edward Frederick Grace and Virginia Norene Mack. He died on March 14, 1963 in the Shenandoah National Forest in Virginia. Gary was preceded in death by his father in 1953 and his infant son, Christopher James in 1960.

Mr. Grace enjoyed a career in the United States Air Force, serving in USAF bases in Illinois, Texas, Japan, and The Philippine Islands.

Left to mourn Gary Grace were his son Steven Kenneth and twin daughters, Jody Elizabeth and Julie Ann, all of Tacoma; his mother, Virginia Therrien of Puyallup; sisters, Norene Rae Evans of Tacoma and Linda Lee Krier of Olympia; and his aunt, Dorothy Grace Fitch of Seattle.

NOTE: Gary's oldest child, his son Steven Keith Grace, died on March 5, 1999 in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington. Married twice, he fathered no children. His burial information has not been located, therefore, he is remembered here.
