Christopher Hilliard "Kit" Kirby ST. GEORGE, SC - Christopher H. "Kit" Kirby, 54, entered into eternal rest at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, December 8, 2014, at Memorial Baptist Church with the Reverend. Dr. Clay Shook officiating. Burial will follow in the St. George Cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour before the service. Kit was born on August11, 1960, a son of the late Joseph Appleby Kirby, Sr. and Mary Hall Kirby. He was a 1978 graduate of St. George High School and a 1982 graduate of the University of South Carolina. He was a lifelong resident of St. George and was employed as a Financial Advisor. He was an avid Gamecock fan and enjoyed all things outdoors. Surviving are his loving children, Jesilyn Kirby (Will) Nettles, Walterboro and Joseph Ryan Kirby, St. George; a brother, Joseph Appleby Kirby, Jr., Columbia; a niece, Candace Kirby (Craig) Dellinger; and grandnieces, Clara and Reese Dellinger, all of Mt.
