He then became a successful and respected District Sales Representative for General Foods Corporation, Broker Representative for S&W Fine Foods, he supported Dee Smith of Smith’s Food King back when Dee started with his first store in Brigham City, and for 27 years he managed an integral part of the growth of Blue Cross of Idaho as a service and sales representative in Pocatello, and then was asked to lead as Blue Cross District Manager for southwest Idaho which led him to Boise, where he retired and has since resided.
Along the way, Ted found time to teach a Sunday school class, work with great pride and effort with Jobs Daughters Bethel 32 in Pocatello, and Bethel 48 in Boise as an Associate Guardian, to become Worshipful Master of Masonic Lodge Keystone Lodge #81, A.F. & A.M., and even be President of Gate City Lions Club in Pocatello.
