A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 8, 1996, in Bethany Lutheran Church for Virginia E. Muntz, who Mrs. Muntz died July 2 of causes related to Alzheimer's disease at age 81.
Mrs. Muntz was born Dec. 25, 1914, in Portland. She and was a graduated from Commerce High School. She married Peter in 1934; he died in 1993. She Mrs. Muntz was a hospital volunteer and member of the church.
Surviving are her daughter, La Vaunie Wheelwright of Tigard; sister, Clarry Moriarity of Bremerton, Wash.; and two grandchildren.
Interment will be in Rose City Mausoleum. The family suggests remembrances to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are by Rose City Cemetery and Funeral Home.
