Jeff was born in Blackfork, Arkansas on October 16, 1933 to Walter and Sylvia Davis. He passed away on March 21, 2018 with his daughter Donna and granddaughter Rachel at his side. At the age of 16 Jeff left Arkansas to travel with his brother to the west coast where he fell in love with the mountains of Oregon. He married the love of his life, Norma (Sage) Davis on November 21st, 1956. They were married 61 years. Jeff is survived by his wife, Norma and his three children, Jackie Riggs of Eugene, James Davis of Springfield, and Donna Davis of Portland. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. Jeff loved his family and was always there for them. He believed in giving everyone a chance in life and always tried to make you smile. Always remember him with a smile would be his request.
