He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Luddie Bell (Bowers) Wallace, a brother Delbert Wallace, and 3 sisters Ovella, Wanda, and Johnnie Irene.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Lovie of Dublin, Texas, six sons; Larry Charles Jr. and wife Kathleen, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Craig Daniel and wife Jeanne of Glen Rose, Dallas McGuffin and wife Donna, Jerry Lee McGuffin, Ricky Lynn McGuffin, and Steve Humphries all of Dublin, Texas, 2 daughters; Ginger Elaine Creed and husband Rick of Granbury, Texas and Kendra Annette Roberts and husband Tommy of Hico, Texas, 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Larry was a resident of Menard before moving to Dublin about 15 years ago. Larry will be remembered for his unique laugh and loving ways. Larry was a hardworking man. He enjoyed being around family and friends, operating heavy equipment, enjoyed watching the deer and turkey. Larry was a great guy and will be missed by all who loved him.
Visitation for Larry will be from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, Wednesday July 24th, and a Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Hext Cemetery in Hext, Texas.
