James J. Colgan, building superintendent for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Red Cross for the last 27 years, died after a heart attack Friday night at 6th st. and Girard ave., while he was taking a sailor back to his ship. Mr. Colgan was 58 and lived at 126 Westdale rd., Highland Park. He is survived by his wife Mary M., and two sons, Lt (jg) John G. Colgan, USN, and Paul P. Colgan, a student at St. Joseph's College.
