Deborah Ann (Boetcher) Parker, 53, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at Willard Mercy Hospital. She was born on February 7, 1966 in Willard to the late Paul E. and Wilma J. (Bailey) Boetcher. Debbie attended Christie Lane and made many lifelong friends while there. She never met a stranger and if she did they were soon a friend forever. Debbie enjoyed swimming, reading, drawing and playing her X-Box. Her favorite past time was watching multiple sports teams, especially the Washington Redskins.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 13 years, Gregg Parker; brother, Tom (Mercy) Boetcher of Fort Wayne, Indiana; two sisters, Sharon (Bob) Lee of Shelby and Pam (Brian) Napier of Willard; 11 nieces and nephews, Robert and Christine Triebold of Chicago, Illinois, Trevor and Kayla Ritz of Shelby, Monica, Brittany and Jonathan Lee of Shelby and Emily, Lorin and Sarah Napier of Willard, and Rachael (Kyle) Buurma of Willard; and a great niece and nephew, Sunni Triebold and Kaiden Lee.

Family and friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Friday, July 26, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Her funeral service will be at Christian Alliance Church in Willard on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., with an additional hour of visiting from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pastor Bart McKelvey will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Greenfield Cemetery in Steuben, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Christie Lane Industries.
