Murdered by the Briley Brothers Gang.∼Christopher Philips, 17, was murdered by the notorious Briley gang in Richmond on July 4, 1979.

He was seen hanging around one of the Briley brothers' parked car. Suspecting that he might have been trying to steal the vehicle, the gang surrounded him and dragged him into a nearby backyard, where he was murdered when he screamed for help.
