Becky married Lyle Eugene (Gene) Barker in 1947. They raised their family in Rapid City, SD; then moved to Hill City, where they joined the community and built a home in the hills.
Becky's passion was bowling, participating in various leagues and tournaments throughout the years. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, and playing dominoes with family. She also enjoyed road trips with Gene.
Becky is survived by his son Kenneth (LaDonna) Barker; daughters Marsha McClain, Debra Christie, and Lorry Talley, daughter-in-law Linda Barker; six grandchildren: Jeff Barnes, David Barker, Crystal (Shawn) Krueger, Cody (Jessica) Barker, Brandon (Betsy) Barnes, Cory Christie; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, her son, Raymond; also, three sisters, Rubana Phillips, Ramona Lewis, and Roberta Hunter; brothers, LeRoy A. Howey, and Hugh L. Howey
Graveside services were held on Friday, July 26, 2019, at the Hill City Cemetery.
