Age 72, of Glasgow, Kentucky, died at his home.

Son of:
Robert Lee Oliver and Marilyn Kirgan

Husband of:
Sheila Gaye (Williams) Oliver. They were married forty five years.

He was retried from Farmers Rural Electric Co-Op Corp.

Military:
He served his country honorably and was a United States Army Veteran, having served with the 623rd Field Artillery, Kentucky National Guard.

He was a former member of the Glasgow City Council.

Predeceased by:
His parents and his wife.

Survivors:
Two sons: Ryan Blake Oliver and Joshua Lee Oliver; one half-brother: Michael Davis (Sheila); and his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Bernard Williams (Becky), Tony Williams (Sherry), Todd Williams (Sheila) and Rita Vance (Don); and a host of extended family members and friends.

Services:
Graveside services held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 26, 2019 with military honors provided by DAV Chapter 20 of Glasgow.

Celebration of Life services held immediately following graveside services.

A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
