Obituary:
Joseph Bagby, age 77, passed away at his home in Greensburg, Wednesday Morning, Apr 26th [1939] at 10 o"clock a.m. after an illness of complications for several months. Uncle "Joe" as he was known was born and reared in the Exie Community. He resided in Tennessee for some 25 years where he married. He had been living in Greensburg for the past 10 years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Olie Bagby, and one son who lives in Tennessee. Funeral services and burial services were conducted Thursday afternoon at Exie Cemetery by Dr. F. P. Dennison, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Greensburg.
