Terry Lee Henson, 72, of Orient Hill passed away early Monday morning, July 22, 2019 at Greenbrier Health Care Center, Lewisburg following a long illness.
Born on May 15, 1947, in Portsmouth, Virginia, he was the son of Kermit Lee Henson and Betty Henson Fleshman.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, Randy Henson.
Terry was a Merchant Marine, coal miner and had worked in manufacturing. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Sue O'Dell Henson of Orient Hill; 3 daughters, Annette (Ray) Simmons of Lewisburg, Valerie (Donald) Currence of Charmco and Melanie (Nick Napier) Henson of Ronceverte; his mother, Betty Fleshman; grandchildren, Caleb Currence, Cameron Simmons, Garrett Currence, Dustin Simmons; sisters, Sandy (Gary) Brown, Rhonda (Ralph) Toombs, Tammy Bollinger, Debbie (Greg) Fugatt, Robin (Tony) Garrett; brothers, Jerry (Nicky) Fleshman and David Fleshman; many nieces , nephews and friends.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
