Gregory “Dakota” Harrol Huddleston 59 of Galesburg IL died Sunday May 29that OSF Richard Owens Hospice Home in Peoria IL, He was surrounded by love. Greg was born on August 2nd, 1956 in Kentucky to Clifton and Rebecca Sue Huddleston.

He is survived by his wife, LuAnn, two sisters, Rhonda and Teri, one son Corey, four step children and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Gregory was employed by Burlington Northern Railroad and was a Jack of all Trades. He was a talented carpenter and craftsman of model planes and ships. He loved music and traveling across the country. Greg’s favorite quote was “we’ve got no where to go and all day to get there, if your in a hurry go around us!” Greg was a master campfire builder and lived by the motto “one match, one fire”

He was of the Christian faith.
