Funeral services for Ronald Gary Watts will be held Monday, July 22, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Brian Thurman officiating. Interment will follow at Gilgal Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

Ronald was born September 21, 1958 in Port Arthur, Texas and entered into rest July 15, 2019 in Shreveport, Louisiana following a brief illness. Ronald was a retired civil engineer with Louisiana DOTD for 30 years. He also had a chemical engineer degree. Ronald was also a mason.

He is survived by his sons, Matthew Brandon Watts of Houston, Texas and Cole Elisha Watts of Haughton, mother of his children, Suzanne Wiggins Watts of Haughton, brothers, Robert Watts of Orange, Texas, David Watts of Los Angeles, California, Mike Watts of Denton, Texas, and Tommy Watts of Houston, Texas, and a number of nieces and nephews.
