Janice Dotson Fields 77, of Phelps, KY departed this life Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center
She was born October 16, 1940 at Phelps, KY, the daughter of; the late Clarence & Oma Sykes Dotson.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband; Stearl Fields, a son; Gary Michael Fields, a daughter; Teena Fields, a sister; Donna Charles (Joe), two brothers; Gary & Bob Dotson, a grandson Joshua Steele & a step daughter; Gail Stacey.
Janice was homemaker who was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, neighbor and friend.
Survivors left to honor her loving memory include three daughters; Lisa Hall,
Shaunna (John) Wagner & Shannon (Donald) Pruitt all of Phelps, KY, a son; Joel " Bo" (Stacy) Fields of Lexington, KY, a sister; Sharon " Kandi" Verro of Georgia, eight grandchildren; Jessica, Kourtney, Kandis, Johnathan, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Ashley & Kaylee, seven great grandchildren; Brayden, Rylee, Sadie, Cooper, Karabella, Brandon & Joseph.
She is also survived by a host of other family, neighbors & friends.
Honoring services will be conducted Monday, January 29, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. with the Reverend; Ronnie Wolford officiating.
Burial will follow in the George Dotson Cemetery of Phelps, KY with family and friends to serve as pallbearers
