She was born to the late Leroy and Marjorie (Everman) Hydorn in Niles, Michigan on May 20, 1946.
Darlene’s life was revolved around her family. She found happiness in being surrounded by them and could often be found in the kitchen baking for her family. She also enjoyed crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jim Myers, and her sister, Judy Wall.
Darlene is survived by her children, Mickey Hydorn of Niles, David (Teresa) Mills of Niles, Tina Mills of South Bend, and Timothy Mills of Niles. Darlene will be greatly missed by her twelve grandchildren, her ten great-grandchildren, and her two sisters, Diane Backus and Mary (Lynn) Ostrander both of Niles and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services to honor Darlene will be held Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 2 p.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior at Brown Funeral Home. Darlene will be laid to rest at Silverbrook Cemetery.
