Betty Jo Blackburn 67, of Phelps, KY departed this life Tuesday,
July 10, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
She was born August 12, 1950 at Phelps, KY, the daughter of; the late Thurman Fletcher and Sudie Blackburn.
Betty was a Homemaker and was of the Pentecostal Church of God faith.
Survivors remaining to honor her loving memory include, a son;
Tony Marshall (Melinda) Smith, two sisters; Sandra Thompson, of Hickory, NC & Jennifer (Carl Ray) Lester of Phelps, KY,
grandsons; Spencer Wayde Smith and Hudson Case Smith, nephews; Cletis Ray (Angel) Lester,
Todd Thompson & Carl Ryan Lester, special friends; Para & Johnny Belcher, Juanita & Mitch Bowling and
Eddie & Shirley Honaker.
She is also survived by other family, neighbors and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 13,2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Lord's House Church at Phelps, KY.
Pastors; Mitch Bowling and Chris Casey will be officiating.
