Funeral services for Cairo B Matthews of 1927 Dunlap Ave, East Point, will be at 3:30 pm Friday at Hemperley's chapel, the Rev C Douglas Jackson and the Rev Frank Bozeman officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery.
Mr Matthews, a former employe of the Central of Georgia Railroad and retired from thee Tennessee Corp, died Thursday in a private hospital. He ws a member of the First Baptist Church of Est Point, the Businessmen's Bible Class and the East Point Male Chorus.
Survivors include his wife, the former Edna Rhodes; a daughter, Mrs L E Stalcup, and a brother, Ed Matthews, all of East Point.
